Terms of Use

These terms apply to the use of the website and app-specific services provided for MatchControl: Soccer Live. The license for the app is additionally governed by the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different license agreement is shown for the app in the App Store.

2. Intended use

The app supports the recording, presentation and evaluation of soccer matches. It is an organizational aid and does not replace official match records, referee decisions, association rules or competition regulations.

3. User content and rights

You are responsible for team names, player information, logos, photos and other content you add. You may only use content for which you have the necessary permissions and rights. Do not enter unlawful content or personal data that you are not permitted to process.

4. Local storage and backups

App data is generally stored locally on the device. You are responsible for suitable device backups and for exporting reports you need to retain. Deleting app data or uninstalling the app may permanently remove locally stored information.

5. Availability and changes

The app and website are developed with care, but uninterrupted availability and complete freedom from errors cannot be guaranteed. Features may be changed, improved or discontinued when reasonably necessary, including for technical, security or legal reasons.

6. Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law. The app must not be used as the sole basis for safety-critical, legally binding or official decisions. Match data and exported reports should be checked before they are relied upon or shared.

7. Support

Support requests may be sent to app@matchcontrol-soccerlive.com. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data.

8. Applicable law

German law applies to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection rules. Mandatory rights at the consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected.
