Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains the processing of personal data when using matchcontrol-soccerlive.com, the app MatchControl: Soccer Live, and when contacting support by email.

2. Website hosting

The website and email mailbox are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data to deliver the website and secure its systems.

When the website is accessed, server logs may process the IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer URL, browser, operating system, access status and transferred data volume. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable and error-free operation of the website. Regular server logs are normally deleted by the hosting provider no later than seven days after creation; longer storage may be necessary in individual cases to investigate attacks or misuse.

3. Cookies, tracking and external content

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services, no contact form and no newsletter. It sets no non-essential cookies and loads no external fonts, videos or social-media plug-ins. Essential website resources are served locally from the same web space.

The “copy email address” function only uses the browser's local clipboard. No data is transmitted to the website operator by that function.

4. Email contact and feedback

The website and app provide email buttons that open the email application configured on your device. No information is sent through a website form.

When you email app@matchcontrol-soccerlive.com, the information you provide is processed. This may include your email address, name, message, attachments and — if you choose to include them — app version, build number, device model and operating-system version.

Processing is performed to respond to your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when the message relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is responding to support requests and improving the app.

Support and feedback emails are normally deleted no later than six months after the matter has been fully resolved, unless statutory obligations or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims require longer retention.

5. Data processing in the app

MatchControl: Soccer Live does not require a user account. Scores, teams, players, lineups, history, statistics, settings, logos and player photos are generally stored locally on the iPhone or iPad being used. The app does not automatically transmit this content to the operator.

PDF reports are generated locally on the device. They are only shared when you initiate sharing through iOS or iPadOS.

According to the current release configuration, the app uses no advertising, user tracking or analytics SDKs. CloudKit, iCloud synchronization and push notifications are not enabled in the public release.

6. Photos, logos and media

You may voluntarily select team logos and player photos through system functions provided by Apple. Selected images are stored locally for use in the app and are not automatically transmitted to the operator. Only use content for which you hold the necessary rights.

7. Presentation mode and external displays

Presentation mode may show content on a compatible external display through iOS or iPadOS system functions. The operating system and selected connection method control the connection and transmission. The operator receives no match or connection data through this process.

8. App Store and payments

When downloading or purchasing the app, Apple processes data under its own responsibility. The operator does not receive complete payment data or Apple Account credentials. Apple's privacy information applies to Apple's processing.

9. Recipients and processors

ALL-INKL.COM is used as a technical service provider for website hosting and email. Personal data is not sold and is not shared for advertising or profiling. Email providers used by you and by the operator may technically participate in email communication.

10. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future where processing is based on consent.

To exercise your rights, email app@matchcontrol-soccerlive.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The competent authority may in particular be the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

11. Deleting local app data

Local app data can be removed in the app under Settings → Support, Privacy & Legal → Delete Local Data. Alternatively, local app data is removed by deleting the app, subject to any separate device backup. See also the dedicated privacy choices and data deletion page.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated when features, services or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this address.
